Important‼️:
HYDRATE BEFORE, DURING & AFTER your detox bath! These are designed specifically to open your pores and rid your body of toxins WITH A QUICKNESS! You WILL SWEAT! This is completely normal! Do not use additional soaps/bath additives in your detox bath! You want the water as hot as you can tolerate and you want to stay in until the water is lukewarm(about 30 min). After your detox is complete, avoid scented lotions and rehydrate & nourish your skin with coconut oil. These are the perfect way to reset your body and after an illness and ensure those remaining toxins are EVICTED!
